Booking deposits are non refundable. If a deposit is not received 24hrs before the party or event the booking will deemed to have been cancelled. Booking deposits may not be requested in all cases.

Kaboom and it's agents are insured for Public and Employers Liability up to the level and indemnity of the insurance policy in place at the time.

Any claim  or disputes against or involving KaBoom or any of it's agents will be dealt with under Irish Law in the courts of Ireland in the English language.
